At Engwe, we stand behind the quality of our electric bikes and offer a 14-day return window for products in new, unused condition. Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride and our customer service team is here to assist with any concerns.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions for your e-bike.
- 3.Pack Your Product
Securely pack the bike in its original packaging with all components, manuals, and chargers included to prevent damage during transit.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned item for quality and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
