What is your return policy for sports equipment?

We offer a 14-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs for non-quality issues are the responsibility of the customer.

Are Engwe e-bikes waterproof for all-weather riding?

Our bikes have an IP54 water resistance rating, meaning they are protected against splashes and light rain. However, we do not recommend riding in heavy downpours or submerging the bike in water.
